As an HOA Specialist, with certification by Certified Community Association Managers, Inc., Cindy is well prepared to manage housing communities in Sonoma County. She does whatever it takes to keep HOA Boards of Directors and homeowners on track and profitable.

Cindy Littrell has a genuine desire to build community, communicate, and support the homeowners' right to peaceful living. Her experience as a volunteer chaplain adds depth to her ability to communicate through whatever issues an HOA faces.

General Services

Managing a community requires a wide variety of skills. Here is a partial list:
